Aerial Panoramas without Flying
During the NYC 2012 IVRPA conference, Willy Kaemena demonstrated a technique developed by Luca Vascon and later popularized by Willy. Since then, this technique has a name, the “Flying Willy“. We had requests to add this workshop back on the schedule of Las Vegas 2014.

Las Vegas 2014 — Raising the Game is online
I am proud to announce on behalf of the IVRPA Board of Directors that Las Vegas 2014 – RAISING THE GAME – The International Panoramic Photography Conference, is on.
The conference will take place at the Tropicana Hotel, Las Vegas, NV from May 25th until May 31st 2014.
“Raising the Game” is this years theme, and you can take my word for it, with this years conference not only IVRPA is opting to raise the game.
We are very happy to announce that Evan Rapoport, Product Manager on Google Maps for Photo Sphere, Views, & Street View and his team will join us and that we have a confirmation that Anne Archambault, Senior Program Manager at Photosynth will give us a presentation.
And this is just the beginning. Over the course of the next weeks a lot of information will be added here about all aspects of the Las Vegas 2014 Conference Talks, Las Vegas 2014 Workshops, Las Vegas 2014 Social Events and Las Vegas 2014 Excursions.

We were able to negotiate a rate of just $65 per room and night for the time of the conference. The price is guaranteed for a block of 80 rooms. Once they’re gone the Tropicana will still have plenty of rooms available, but there is no guarantee that they will extend the rate to a larger number of rooms.
